This system provides a secure, integrated way to attach a Core Survival HEL-STAR 5 EXO® tactical light to your Modern Icon Rigid Collar.
The Core Survival HEL-STAR 5 EXO® is a versatile personnel marker light designed for airborne applications, ground tactical, SAR, K9 and confined space operations. User friendly, tactile sliding switches can be easily operated with a gloved-hand allowing for one of three operating functions: steady red light, steady green light, or steady blue light. The field-replaceable lithium 123 battery (no tools needed) provides longevity in extreme temperature conditions. The HEL-STAR 5 EXO® has been waterproof tested to 66 feet for water operations.
We designed the corresponding Modern Icon light attachment pouch specifically for the HEL-STAR 5 EXO® and it’s made to perfectly fit our 1.5″ and 2″ wide Rigid Collars. While the EXO has hook backing built in, the pouch adds an additional layer of durability and security ensuring that the light will not come off in close quarters situations. The laser cut pouch was designed to ensure all of the switches are accessible and all of the LED light modules are visible.
