What are current lead times?

On our website you will note the status of each product is listed above the “Add to Cart” button on the product page. That status will denote whether the item is In Stock, Out of Stock, or Made to Order and the applicable time required to ship that product.

The product status and lead time will also be listed on your order confirmation email that is sent after your order is placed.

When will my order ship?

Turnaround time for shipping will depend on the items that were ordered. Your order will not be sent until all items are ready to ship. Therefore, if your order contains ANY products with the status Made to Order the entire order will not ship until those products are completed.
