1. Use of Website
This site and its content are the property of Modern Icon, LLC. You may not reproduce, republish, or otherwise use any materials on this site without our express written permission.
2. Accuracy of Orders and Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all order and shipping information. If incorrect product information is submitted, and the item or a customization must be remade, additional fees may apply. Incorrect shipping addresses may result in updated shipping costs. If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, Modern Icon will reship to a corrected address at the customer’s expense.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns on unused, uncustomized items, within 45 days of delivery. Customization includes products with embroidery, custom patches, bespoke items, or items ordered by special request.
Discount Digs Items Sale items listed in our “Discount Digs” section are not eligible for return. All sales are final for these items.
Restocking Fee Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Refunds exclude original shipping costs and will be reduced by the restocking fee.
Exchanges and Store Credit The restocking fee will be waived for exchanges or if a store credit is preferred.
Condition of Returned Items Returns must be free of dirt, pet hair, or wear. Cleaning fees or prorated refunds may apply, or the return may be refused. Contact us first if unsure.
4. Lead Times
The product status (In Stock, Out of Stock, or Made to Order) is listed on each product page and in your order confirmation email. If your order includes Made to Order items, the full order will ship only once all items are ready.
5. International Shipping
We ship internationally.
UK Customers: We do not ship orders under $360 USD to the UK due to VAT restrictions. Please consider contacting our UK retailer, Snakeshead K9.
Shipping Costs: Shipping cost is based on item size and weight. You can get a quote by entering your shipping address at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes are not included. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Shipping Methods: UPS and DHL are faster but may incur brokerage fees. USPS is slower and typically avoids brokerage fees.
6. Order Acceptance
Modern Icon reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to errors in product availability or pricing.
7. User-Generated Content
By submitting reviews, images, or other content, you grant Modern Icon a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for business and marketing purposes.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs.
9. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted to this page with the revised effective date.
