Description

The Defender Standard Lead is made using 2 layers of durable mil-spec webbing to create a strong, tactical dog leash. The heavy-duty K9 leash is designed for Military (MWD), Police (LEO), Personal Protection, and Schutzhund (IPO) Working Dogs.

Stainless Swivel Snap

Our custom standard swivel snap is black coated stainless steel. The round slot design allows for an additional 180 degrees of movement—this means the lead can articulate on a double axis to further reduce tangles or accidental un-clippings.

Upgrade: Kong Frog with Swivel

This climbing rated hardware uses a redundant release mechanism, meaning both release tabs have to be depressed simultaneously to open—this prevents accidental unclipping of the lead. An in-line swivel is added to help prevent tangles.

1.5" Clip-In Point

This Daisy Chain style clip-in point allows for a standard climbing carabiner to be used as a secondary clip-in option.

Upgrade: Additional Clip-In Points

Additional clip in points are sewn into the lead (approximately every 1ft). These clip-in points accommodate a standard climbing carabiner and can be used to shorten the lead, clip in accessories, clip the lead back to itself, or a variety of other uses.

Upgrade: Add Ring

A 1" free-floating, black coated stainless steel, ring can be added to the handle. The ring can be used to attach a carabiner or our TDL shackle, it can be used to clip in another lead (for additional length), or it can be used to clip in the snap.

Upgrade: Embroidery

A personalized name can be added with embroidery.

Solid leash for my K9

Needed a leash for my detection k9 that matches his harness. This one does not disappoint

Great Leash

As an experienced Police Dog handler i found that these leads are great quality and are easy to clean and maintain. Definitely worth the money.

This leash is absolutely Fantastic build like a Tank I also have the 2” ridged operator collar my second one only reason I bought the second is o had to have it when my dog was a pup but he grew out of it!

Our modern icon gear never fails! Always just what we wanted and our dogs looks great!

I purchased this leash about 8 months ago. I have never seen a leash this nice and this well made. There are 3 additional clip in points along the leash from bottom to top and one additional clip in point just about the included snap. You cannot appreciate how great these products are until you own one yourself. I recently placed an order for 2 rigid collars and one more light weight lead. I can't wait to get them.
