Terms of Warranty

Modern Icon warrants and guarantees all products against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product, or for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser, whichever is shorter. This warranty excludes damages due to normal wear, natural break down of material, and use or abuse of products.

Other than as described above, Modern Icon, LLC, makes no other representations and warranties, either express or implied, including without limitation, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, whether based on breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort (including negligence), product liability or otherwise.
