Overview

These ID Plates allow you to attach personal information directly to your dog's collar for a tagless option that is silent and will not get caught on obstacles.

Easy Installation

These plates were custom designed to specifically fit any Modern Icon collar that uses 1" webbing. This makes the ID Plate compatible with our 1" Summit Collars, 1.5" Summit Collars, 1.5" Rigid Collars, 2" Rigid Collars, and 1" Soft Collars.

Your personalized information will be laser engraved onto the ID plate. Once you select a plate design, you will enter into a design mode that gives a real-time preview of your plate options. Double check your spelling and capitalization – plates will be produced exactly as requested.

I.D. PLATE

Great product , 5 Stars , the ID PLATE I purchased is the same item as last time we bought our collar for our German Shepherd CAMI , just a great product.
Love everything about the whole collar just Beautiful , made Fantastic. Best insurance against lost pet.

This was our first time ordering the ID Plate for a Modern Icon collar. I was impressed with the preview and how easy it was to customize to get the exact information you want on the tag. We had a smaller dog tag with phone numbers on it but this is much better. It works seamlessly with the collar and is completely visibly to anyone who may find your lost pest. Would highly recommend.

These id plates are very slick additions for my summit 1.5” collars. Clean design that function beautifully. Fits very streamlined onto the collar. Love this feature!

We lost the original one when it fell off, but the replacement came quickly.

We have found that if the plate is property installed (with 2 or more layers of webbing on our Summit Collars), they should not be able to fall off. GET THE EGRAVED I.D. TAG

Definitely get the engraved I.D. tag it's a perfect addition to a great collar. No more hanging tags and just tuck the rabies tag in the pocket and your dog is in stealth mode, no more jingle jangle. Looks great, Thanks again Modern Icon.
