How do I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns on unused, uncustomized items, within 45 days of delivery. Customization includes products with embroidery, custom patches, bespoke items, or items ordered by special request.
Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Once your return is received you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, less any original shipping costs and the restocking fee.
Please Note
The restocking fee will be waived if you are exchanging a product or if you would like your refund in the form of a store credit.
Important
Returned items showing dirt, dog hair, or signs of wear may have cleaning fees, the refund amount may be prorated, or the return may be refused. If you have any concerns about your return it is always best to contact us first for advice.
