The 1” Soft Dog Collar is a durable, traditional-style K9 collar made of mil-spec tubular webbing. This easy to adjust, lightweight collar is a perfect solution for both puppies and smaller breeds, but can still accommodate large breed dogs.

Stainless Steel D-Ring

Our heavy gauge, welded, stainless steel D-Ring allow you to use almost any attachment option available; including medium diameter carabiners.

TAKING A NECK MEASUREMENT

Trying to use an old collar to measure is often unreliable and usually results in a new collar that does not fit. Therefore we recommend using a tailor’s tape to measure (the same as if you were getting measured for a suit). If you do not have a tailor’s tape you can use a piece of string that you then measure along a tape measure. Simply wrap the tape/string around the dog’s neck where the collar would normally sit, pull it “tight”, then make sure you can get a finger underneath—that measurement will determine what size is best…

Tough collar but still soft, doesn’t bother my dogs neck. The ring is nicely made of thick aluminum. Overall the collar is really well made.

Great collars

Only complaint about the buckle is that it can get stuck when dirty. Also, the collar is not stiff at all like the rigid collars. But if you don’t need a rigid collar and want an easy on off, this is a great option.

Hi Joel, Thank you for the review. Yes, these are considered a soft collar because there is no rigid webbing involved. This creates a very lightweight and supple collar which is great for puppies or as an every day around-the-house collar for dogs. As for the buckle, these use a standard plastic ABS side release buckle, the same as you would find on most backpacks. While the tabs flex there are really no moving parts and the buckle should be easy to clean and spray out with some water. So if you notice the collar is getting exceptionally dirty, some cleaning should keep the buckle functioning properly. If you need further assistance please feel free to contact our support team.
