“3 generations of American Pit Bull Terriers have worn our remarkable Modern Icon collars!”

American Pit Bull Terrier father and daughter put our collars to the test

“In 2019, we purchased our first two Modern Icon collars for our American Pit Bull Terriers. They have been put to the test in personal protection and everyday usage. 

In 2021, they had their first litter, and both collars were passed down to their daughters. Once again, they were put to the test from hot summers to harsh cold winters. Zero damage was done to these collars, and they are still holding strong!⁠

In July 2023, we lost our beloved Vito Del Toro due to health issues, and it broke our hearts. In November, his daughter Vaca gave birth to our third generation. ⁠

A new generation; same collar

Now, pictured at 5 months old, Chino Kid is officially wearing his grandpa’s Modern Icon collar. It brought tears to our eyes watching him wear the collar for the first time.⁠

Modern Icon doesn’t represent just ‘dog collars’ to us. They are a part of our memories and a new tradition we carry on as collars are passed down from generation to generation of Pit Bull Terriers. All of this wouldn’t have been possible without Modern Icon’s durability. ⁠

We plan to continue this tradition as our family grows, and we hope our story inspires others to add a part of Modern Icon to their K9 lives. Thank you Modern Icon for being part of the Toro Bravos family.”⁠
